Sitios Web — Terms of Service

A fully managed landing page service: custom design and build, managed hosting, SSL certificate, and up to 5 revision requests per calendar month per site. Interstaff handles all server-side maintenance, uptime monitoring, and infrastructure updates at no additional charge.

A "revision" is a discrete, clearly scoped change to existing page content — such as updating copy, swapping an image, changing a color, or adjusting a layout element. Unused revisions do not roll over to the next month. Requests that require rebuilding a section, adding new pages, or significantly changing the design scope are not counted as revisions and will be quoted separately.

Standard revision turnaround is 3–5 business days. Rush requests are not guaranteed and may be declined or quoted at an additional rate.

We target 99% monthly uptime for hosted sites. We may temporarily suspend hosting for scheduled maintenance (24-hour notice where possible), emergency maintenance, or to address security threats. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

The service fee is $49.00 per month, billed on the same calendar day each month beginning from your first payment date. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled in accordance with Section 4.

If a payment fails or is not received within 7 days of the due date, your site will be taken offline until full payment is made. Overdue balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest. You are responsible for all collection costs including attorneys' fees.

All fees paid are non-refundable. Design, development, copywriting, and all other creative work produced under this agreement is non-refundable once delivered or in progress. This applies regardless of whether the site has launched, whether revisions are pending, or the reason for cancellation. No partial-month refunds are issued under any circumstance.

You are responsible for all applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes. Interstaff will add applicable taxes to your invoice where required by law.

All creative work produced under this agreement — including but not limited to the website design, layout, code, copy, graphics, domain name, and hosting configuration — is and remains the sole property of Interstaff LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the live site for your business while your subscription is active and all fees are current.

Any materials you supply (logos, photos, text, brand assets) remain your property. You grant Interstaff a license to use them solely to build and maintain your site. You represent that you own or have the right to use all materials you provide.

Interstaff reserves the right to display your completed site in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you notify us in writing that you object.

This agreement runs month-to-month from the date of first payment and renews automatically. Either party may cancel by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

Upon cancellation, the site, domain, and all creative assets are removed from hosting and are no longer accessible. To retain ownership of the site files and domain, you must pay the applicable one-time buyout fee:

• Cancelled within the first 3 months: $199 buyout fee
• Cancelled after 3 months: $299 buyout fee

Buyout payment must be received within 14 days of the cancellation date. If not received, the site and all associated assets are permanently deleted. No extensions will be granted.

If the buyout fee is not paid by the deadline, the site and all assets — including the domain registration — will be permanently taken offline and deleted. Interstaff has no obligation to preserve or transfer any files after this deadline.

We may terminate immediately and take the site offline without notice if you: fail to pay for 15+ days; use the site for illegal activity, fraud, or content that violates applicable law; or violate Section 5 below. No refunds are issued upon termination for cause.

The site we host on your behalf may not be used for: illegal products or services; adult content; spam, phishing, or fraud; malware distribution; hate speech or harassment; or any activity that violates applicable federal, state, or local law. Interstaff may take down content immediately and without notice if we determine it violates this policy, and such takedown does not entitle you to a refund.

The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee that the site will generate leads, increase sales, or achieve any particular business result. Design and copy are produced in good faith but outcomes depend on factors entirely outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interstaff's total liability for any claim arising under this agreement shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Interstaff LLC and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the hosted site; content or materials you supplied; your violation of any law; or any claim that materials you provided infringe a third party's intellectual property rights.

California law governs this agreement. Disputes not resolved within 30 days of good-faith negotiation will be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Each party waives the right to participate in a class action.

We may update these terms with 30 days' written notice to the email on your account. Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You may not assign this agreement without our written consent. Interstaff may freely assign to affiliates, successors, or acquirers with notice to you.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Sitios Web service and supersedes all prior discussions. Amendments require written agreement by both parties except as noted above.
